It sounds like PocketMac is responsible for installing a driver that allows the BB to be recognized, but for some reason, it doesn't appear to "connect" to the Media Card. You might get help by issuing a support request to the PocketMac support folks at http://www.pocketmacsupport.net. I'm sorry I can't help any better than that. You imply that Mass Storage options are enabled, so if your Mac is recognizing the phone as a USB device, it really should see the Media Card.
