Only the red LED ligth will shine for a few secs. I have a media card to hold pics until I can trans to pc then delete off media card. I do not hold them on the BB memory. I do not hold msgs, music, or anything else not necessary. Any suggestions? Did I mention my husband is not with me now. It is extremely imp. to me that I get to hear fr him via ph calls and email. I can't get any of that now. On line chat at Sprint couldn't help.
