<p>My boss has asked for help. He takes photos with his Curve 8310 and it stores them as jpeg files. He can't open the jpeg files and get the error "this attachment cannot be viewed on this device". He's not using a memory card, just the phones' internal memory. The phone was purchased one year ago (and I do not know if it has had any os upgrades). He does not want to send these to his pc or anything, he just wants to see the photos that are stored on the phone - with his phone. I see tons of discussions on this topic, but all talk about emailing or sending to pc or memory card. Thank you.
