I recently bought the BlackBerry Storm 9530. I installed the Desktop Manager on my computer and tried to convert a working video file (.avi) from my hard drive to my phone. When I looked at the file preferences after the transfer was complete the video had been changed to a supported file type (.mp4). However, when I try to run the video it comes up with the error message "The media being played is of an unsupported format." I checked the one media file that came included when I bought the phone (a movie trailer, also of the .mp4 file format) which worked at one time but now gave me the same error message. Perhaps I did something wrong or used the Desktop Manager incorrectly? I've installed this video twice, both times using the "Convert for optimal playback" option so I'm unsure of why it's not working. Some advice would be greatly appreciated! Thank you.
