One of my user account is continuously getting the error "Exception in ScanForNewMail for User {username}" following which the mail sending/receiving on the handheld stops. We tried wiping the handheld and reinstalling, It works for some time and the error appears again. Does someone know the cause of this error and how to resolve it.
